This video shows you how to manage budgets and expenses in CueCall. Starting a budget is simple; just one click creates standard theatre categories for your production.

On the Line Items view, you can easily type in and save a budgeted amount for each category, instantly updating your totals.

When you spend money, record the expense, amount, and vendor, then link it to the correct budget line item to track your actuals.

The Budget Overview instantly shows your total budget, spent, and remaining funds, along with budgeted versus actuals for each category.

Grant specific budget access person by person, ensuring only approved collaborators can view or record expenses, and keep your finances in order.
