People Roster & Profiles in CueCall
Cast and crew records with headshots, documents, contact details and show assignments, including merging duplicates.
Transcript
This video shows you how to manage your cast and crew records, including headshots, documents, and contact details in CueCall. Here is your People tab, showing your full company roster. You can see each person's role and type, and filter by Cast, Crew, or Volunteers.
Adding a new person is simple. You fill in their name, role, and type in the dialog, and they instantly appear on your roster.
On a person's profile, you view their assigned role and the scenes they appear in. You can also add their headshot and documents. Contact details are available only to roles with permission to see them.
You can easily filter the roster to see only your crew members. Use the search bar to find any individual person quickly by name.
For larger groups, Smart Import lets you upload cast lists from spreadsheets, PDFs, or Word documents. This tool identifies fields and merges any duplicate records. Manage your entire team efficiently with CueCall's People Roster and Profiles.
