This video shows you how to use department-tagged notes in CueCall. You see your production's notes, each tagged by department, along with the author and date.

To add a new note, you fill in the content and select a department. Your note then appears in the list, with you as the author and the creation date.

You can filter notes to view only those for a specific department. This lets a costumer, for example, easily focus on all costume-related notes.

Notes also appear directly within their department sections, such as the Costumes tab. This means you can see relevant notes alongside your costume pieces, without changing views.

When viewing a scene's readiness checklist, you see the number of notes relevant to each department. This helps you quickly find notes associated with a specific scene.
