Rehearsal Reports in CueCall

Rehearsal reports drafted automatically from the day's notes and timeline, reviewed by the stage manager, then published and emailed to the team.

Transcript

This video shows you how to use Rehearsal Reports in CueCall. Here you see your production's list of reports, with each card showing its date, location, attendance summary, and whether it's a draft or published.

Viewing a drafted report, you see automatically assembled details that CueCall can draft for you after each rehearsal. It includes call and actual times, a timestamped rehearsal log, attendance records with late arrivals, and all scenes worked.

You can easily add new entries to the rehearsal log, noting times and details of what happened. Add specific information, like an accident or incident, then save your changes.

When you're ready, publish the report to mark it as the official record. You can choose to email it to your production team, though many stage managers review drafts first.

Starting a new report from your calendar event pre-fills its details like location, attendance, and scheduled scenes. This streamlines creating comprehensive records for your team.
