Scene Breakdown & Readiness in CueCall
Scenes are the hub that links people, inventory, notes and files, with a readiness status tracked per discipline.
Transcript
This video shows how to use CueCall for scene breakdown and readiness, making scenes the central hub for all production elements.
You can easily add a new scene by filling in its act, scene number, title, and location. Once added, it appears in your show's complete scene list.
Each scene has a dedicated detail page where you can manage its people, assigned inventory like props and costumes, and specific notes. This centralizes all scene-related information.
On the readiness panel, you track each discipline's status, such as Blocking or Costumes, as Not Started, In Progress, Complete, or Blocked. Changing a department's status instantly updates the scene's overall readiness.
Easily assign cast members from your roster to ensure your scene lists exactly who is on stage, centralizing all essential details for a streamlined production.
