From your production's Schedule tab, this video guides you through managing your production calendar in CueCall, showing all your rehearsals and performances on one schedule.

From the Schedule tab, you create a new rehearsal by opening the Add Event dialog, then entering its title, date, time, and type. Watch it appear on your production's calendar.

Within the event details, link specific scenes to your rehearsal so cast members can filter their schedule to see only the events relevant to their scenes.

Accessing the Rehearsal Plan view within the Schedule tab helps you organize your entire schedule. The system proposes calls for each scene, from blocking to tech, which you approve to populate your calendar with all rehearsals.

Finally, from the main menu, the Calendar page lets you view events across all your productions, centralizing your entire schedule.
