Costume Measurements in CueCall
Measurements kept on each person's record, visible only to the people whose role grants it — everyone always sees their own.
Transcript
This video shows how CueCall manages costume measurements for your production. Here, you see a measurement request in progress, tracking six measurements from your principals. The grid shows who has responded, with three of six already complete.
Creating a new request is simple. You choose the measurements needed, like a head size for hats, and quickly select the entire cast or specific individuals. This lets you tailor requests to your production's needs.
During a fitting, you can directly type measurements into the request grid. As you save them, the completion count updates instantly, keeping your records accurate and up-to-date.
Performers can also submit their own measurements using a private link. They see only the measurements requested from them, which they can fill in at home. Once submitted, their answers are automatically recorded.
Back on the request, you see the performer's submitted measurements instantly updated in the grid. The completion status now shows five of six, reflecting the latest responses.
