Signup Sheets in CueCall

Public signup sheets for volunteers, concessions, food and set-build calls, shared by link with no account needed.

Transcript

This video shows you how to create and manage signup sheets in CueCall for your production, like the ones you see here.

To get started, you create a new sheet and give it a title and description. This sheet will be shared by a link.

Then you add options for people to sign up for, like set-build shifts or items to bring with a specific quantity.

The Responses tab shows who has signed up. You can see each volunteer's contact details and exactly what they committed to.

To see who is coming to a specific shift, click its count to filter the responses. That's how you manage volunteer signups for your production.
