This video explores Production Files and Vision Boards in CueCall. Easily upload documents from your computer and assign them to a category, like Production Meeting. This keeps all your show files organized and accessible.

Open any PDF directly within CueCall, right from your file list. There's no need to download it first. Navigate pages and zoom as you need.

Control who sees sensitive files by setting their audience. Change a file's visibility to Restricted and select specific roles, like Leadership. This ensures only the right people can access important documents.

Quickly find any file by using the search bar. Type a name or description to narrow the list. This helps you locate files efficiently when you need them. Now you know how to manage your production files in CueCall.
