Stage Blocking & Scene Visuals in CueCall

Blocking recorded against a scene alongside backdrop images and reference videos.

Transcript

This video shows how CueCall helps you document and visualize stage blocking and scene visuals for your show. Here, you see the blocking for a scene, detailing each character's movement.

You can add new blocking entries, naming them and referencing specific lines or cues. This helps you track every position and movement.

For any entry, you can add notes to individual moves, ensuring all details are captured. This keeps your blocking information comprehensive.

Switch to the visual stage view to see character positions. You can step through each blocking state, viewing the details for every entry.

You can place characters on the stage canvas. Simply select a character and click where they stand for that blocking entry.

Easily move characters by dragging their markers. CueCall can then apply this change to subsequent entries where the character was at the old spot.

Use the freehand drawing tool to sketch paths, traffic patterns, or specific notes directly on the stage. This completes your visual scene planning in CueCall.
